[4] Ko Chen-tung plays Ko Ching-teng, a joker and naughty student who finally becomes a writer, in the film. [5] Michelle Chen plays Shen Chia-yi, an honor student who is well-liked by the lads in her class. [5]
The plot starts in 1994. Shen Chia-yi is a popular student among her instructors and classmates. Despite being her classmate since junior high, Ko Ching-teng, a mischievous and poor student, swears he has no interest in her. Ching-teng gets discovered masturbating in class one day, and the principal reseats him in front of Chia-yi.
Chia-yi forgets her English textbook one day. Ching-teng slips her his own book and informs their teacher that he forgot his own textbook; he is then lectured and penalized. Chia-yi, moved by Ching-kindness, teng's prepares a practice exam for him in exchange, in order to encourage him to study. She also persuades him to remain.
